REMEMBER
THE ALAMO! GAME
Crockett
Travis
Bowie
Santa Ana
names that today still
symbolize heroic sacrifice or cruel tyranny nearly 170
years after the dramatic events of March, 1836. "Remember
the Alamo!" was the cry of the victorious "Texian"
army at San Jacinto that won independence for Texas. Remember
the Alamo!, developed in cooperation with the Alamo in San Antonio,
recreates the 13-day siege of the Alamo by a Mexican army led
by General Antonio López de Santa Ana. Did the Texian defenders
of the Alamo really have a chance to defeat their attackers? Did
so many brave Mexican soldiers need to perish in the chaotic final
assault? Remember the Alamo! gives you the chance to find out.
