Wholesale Purchases
If you are in interested in purchasing for resale (i.e. stores, catalogs, etc.) you will not be able to use the online shopping cart. Please call us at 800.554.3039 to discuss you needs.

Resellers Information

Minimum Order
All orders should total a minimum of $50.00. There are no product minimums except for maps and prints and otherwise as noted.

Terms and Conditions
Initial orders are pre-paid by check or money order unless credit is pre-approved. Please note minimum order amounts. Credit orders are payable net 30 days. All shipping charges FOB Chatham, New York are additional, and will be billed to your account. Contact us for quantity discounts.

Samples
Our policy is to make paid samples available. We will bill you the Wholesale price and shipping. Thanks for your understanding.

All sales are final
Only products with hidden damage or missing parts, etc. may be returned upon notification to and authorization from Chatham Hill Games, Inc.

Damaged Merchandise
Products damaged in shipment must be reported immediately to both the carrier and Chatham Hill Games, Inc. Chatham Hill Games will submit the paperwork for all claims and replacement merchandise will be shipped. No claims will be honored without proper notification. We appreciate your cooperation.
